Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@jmbaits.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of fishing lures and soft plastics, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or altered products.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
